META is moving… to a 4-day working week
We strongly believe that meeting clients’ expectations and requirements matters more than the number of hours worked. We also believe in a healthy work / life balance.
40% of our staff already work a 4-day week, and for the remaining 60% there shall be no change to their current terms and conditions other than a reduction in weekly hours worked.
We have done a great deal of research and truly believe our productivity and output shall be maintained (if not improved). This shall ensure that we will continue to deliver the high-quality service expected by our clients.

Highland Wildlife Park
We are very excited to announce to have been appointed the design of the M&E services for the Scottish Wildlife Discovery Centre at the Highland Wildlife Park. The site consists of three buildings; the Hilltop Hub, the Learning Hub and the Discovery Centre.
Our Climate Commitment

Halve our greenhouse gas emissions before 2030.
Achieve net zero emissions before 2050.
Disclose our progress on a yearly basis.
